After I will build you a personalised workout plan also send you a nutrition guide. With what I recommend you to eat and not to eat. I will keep in touch to also see how our mental health is.
every week we will track you progression and do a weigh in every session you have with me to see where you are at.

The Muscle growth plan, offers even more personalized support and guidance. You'll get – your custom meal and workout plans, plus those crucial weekly 1-on-1 gym sessions.
But we're adding extra layers of support: enjoy more frequent 1-on-1 sessions to fine-tune your training and address any challenges.
We'll also incorporate mental health check-ins through texts, calls, or brief meetups, ensuring your well-being is a top priority throughout your journey. This plan is for those who thrive with more direct and consistent support.
The injury prevention program
This comprehensive package includes 15 sessions designed to guide you through your recovery journey. The first session will be an assessment of your current fitness and injury levels, which will allow me to create a personalized workout plan for our sessions, along with a nutrition guide if needed.
We will work mainly on your injury in our sessions and introducing physio into our workouts to get you back on track.
